Once you’ve eaten at Glory, you almost want to keep the secret to yourself – it’s that good. What began as an underground pop-up in Melville has evolved into an intimate, permanent home, where chef Scott and his partner, stylist Caroline Olavarrieta, have created something that is part restaurant, part culinary collective. The menu is Afro-Asian, drawing from a wide spectrum of influences without ever feeling contrived. Expect thoughtful, flavour-driven plates that reflect the chef’s curiosity and skill. Beyond the plate, there’s a strong emphasis on mentorship and nurturing emerging talent, adding meaning to an already compelling experience. It’s unfussy, intimate and consistently excellent. Booking is essential.
