Brahman Hills
A multi-use venue with two farm-to-table restaurants.
This compound of accommodation, two restaurants, a wellness spa, serenity garden and wedding venue is a destination in itself in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. If you’re making a weekend of it, check into one of the luxury villas or the hotel and take your pick between the luxurious, adults-only Skyfall Restaurant, which has views over the surrounding gardens and offers a menu of light bites, steaks, burgers, chicken and fish, all sourced with care locally. Vegetables are grown on site in the award-winning gardens, and honey harvested from their own beehives. Dinner is a more formal affair, with both à la carte and set menus served with a well-considered wine selection. The more casual hotel restaurant offers a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner, and is also open to the public. The Sunday buffet lunch is worth making a detour for on your way to your holiday destination.
