Kolonaki Greek Kouzina
Genuine Greek cuisine in a beautiful setting.
Set within a gorgeously converted home in Parkhurst, Kolonaki Greek Kouzina offers diners a celebration of Greek meze culture – plenty of plates to share, flavours to savour and moments over which to linger. Owner and award-winning chef Vassilios Holiasmenos presents a menu inspired by tradition but reimagined with a playful, contemporary edge, creating dishes that feel both comfortingly familiar and refreshingly new. Order plenty of spanakopita, halloumi chips, tiropitakia (baked phyllo pastry filled with feta and ricotta, topped with honey syrup and sesame seeds) and kolokithakia (crispy baby marrow tempura served with mint yoghurt) to share, before moving onto a hearty lamb dish or the ever-popular selection of gyros. It’s food that encourages grazing, conversation and “Oh, another plate of those …”. The interior design of Kolonaki completes the transportive experience, with repeated arches, tactile finishes and sculptural tableware making you feel like it’s dinnertime in the Med.
Don't leave without trying:
The “skinny lamb chops”, grilled with lemon and origanum, served with crispy chips and tzatziki.
