Located on Sea Point’s main strip, BRASH stands out for its retro diner style and small, focused menu. In fact, it’s so focused that there are just two options on the menu and they’re both smashburgers. Both come with two patties, the only difference being the sauce – the classic is served with ketchup and mustard, while the Mack Daddy comes with a mayonnaise sauce of the same name. Each comes standard on a brioche bun with American cheese, onion and pickles. Fries are available as an optional side, and there’s also a tightly curated list of drinks including soft drinks, a red, white and rosé wine, and one beer. For dessert, there’s plain soft serve or a choice of two sundaes – chocolate with Bar One sauce and crushed Oreos, or caramel with salted caramel sauce with crushed Biscoff biscuits. Perfect for a quick bite before (or after) a night on the town.
