Shoreditch
A stylish hotel restaurant serving snacks and small bites.
The Winchester Hotel on Sea Point’s promenade has long been a favourite for a drink or snack while watching the world go by, and Shoreditch is the jewel in the crown. Situated in the hotel’s central courtyard (with an indoor space too), it’s the perfect place for a leisurely meal in the sunshine – especially in summer when the huge bougainvillea that cascades down the hotel’s floors is in bloom. If you’re just popping in for a drink and a snack, you’ll enjoy the likes of biltong, marinated olives, dips with flatbread or cauli bites. If you’re settling in for the duration, larger plates such as brisket, fish or cauliflower tacos, chicken wings, Wagyu sliders and prawn kebabs will have you feeling satisfied as you order that second round of cocktails. Gather up your friends and toast the good life!
Don't leave without trying:
The tuna Niçoise bites or salmon gravlax.
