Chardonnay Deli Kalk Bay

The sister café to the original in Constantia, Chardonnay Deli in Kalk Bay is perfectly located across the road from the popular Dalebrook tidal pool, where brave Capetonians swim, rain or shine. It’s the place to head to warm up after your swim, or for something refreshing on a hot summer’s day. The breakfast menu is extensive, and all the options are well-cooked, thoughtfully constructed and generous. Take your pick from the likes of bowls, eggs, omelettes, wraps, and more. Lunches offer salads, burgers, fish, flatbreads and pasta, among others. There are also home-made cakes and coffee (try the cake-and-coffee pairing), and a good drinks list including wine, cocktails, soft drinks, smoothies and fresh juices.
