You’ll find this small, artisanal bakery in a corner of Knysna’s industrial area, which makes it feel like you have some secret inside info that you want to keep to yourself. It serves Deluxe coffee and rustic pastries from 10am from Tuesday to Friday, and from 12 until 6pm it’s all about authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with locally sourced ingredients in their huge wood-fired oven. Toppings may include interesting options such as pancetta, goat’s cheese and hot honey; roasted eggplant, fior di latte mozzarella and sunflower seeds; or spicy chorizo and molten mozzarella. Keep an eye on their Instagram page for regular updates. They also make small batches of sourdough and other specialty breads daily. Be sure to get there early to make sure you secure the goods! P.S.
