On the third floor of the luxe Capital Zimbali, The Copper is the kind of all-day restaurant that puts the finishing touch on a resort holiday. The Mauritian theme sets a relaxed, sun-drenched tone, and the menu is broad enough to satisfy everyone at the table, from smoked, cheesy, garlic-butter snails, Durban-style curries, bunny chows and burgers, to steaks, seafood platters and lamb chops. Themed nights (from a seafood buffet to an “African Feast”) and live entertainment add to the festive atmosphere. Families are well catered for, with a dedicated kids' menu and all the fun in the sun that the lush Zimbali Estate offers right on the doorstep.
