Le guéridon steak Diane: a 32-day-aged Chalmar beef fillet flambéed tableside, served with champignon, potato fondant and broccolini almondine. If money is no object, go ahead and begin your meal with the Cru Royal Beluga caviar, served with potato pavé, blinis, chives and cultured crème fraîche.
